Stop Court Ordered Child Abuse

Since the family courts began, children were never truly protected.  Although now witnessing domestic violence is a form of child abuse, the courts have ways of trivializing it.  One popular amongst perpetrators is the use of a fictionalized diagnosis called "Parental Alienation Syndrome".  The other is the burden of proof and what type of evidence that the court accepts.  The amount of coercion that is purported to keep child abuse going is large and frightening.   Even medical reports have been thrown out and courts have even banned children from being able to contact counsellors.  To be a child in this system today if your father happens to be abusive is traumatic to say the least.   Mothers however, are treated often with cruelty and systematic abuse.  If they have escaped form a domestic violent relationship, they are often punished by the courts.  Asking for anything at all is dangerous.  What you can do about it is a lot.  What services wont tell you is your right to complain about this human rights abuse.   Don't ever discard you evidence because its not accepted by local authorities.  You have the right to go further and beneath the shadows, there is a lot of support because if you are going through this - You are 47% of the courts population that is being systematically abused.   Politicians will only speak for the loudest until more and more begin to come out in the open and share their stories.  Write anonymous letters to parliament if you have to, but make sure you send a letter to the high commissioner of human rights.  Make sure you provide as much evidence as possible so that they can address your situation well.   Ask your lawyer for the acts that prevent you from keeping you and your children safe.  For those who have not had the experience, I urge you to research the fathers lobby agenda at the anonymums main site through some of the links provided.  If you are or know someone who has been abused by the family court, you are the only one allowed to speak publicly about your experiences.  It is recommended that you get a lot of support because the fathers lobby groups will try to claim that you were not abused or that you were alienated.  It is also suggested that you obtain as much evidence via the freedom of information act so that certain documents don't go missing in the face of the public.  If you do choose to speak out, you will be saving a lot of children's lives.
