One thing people too easily forget about is the deaths resulting from court orders. Death statistics usually record its conclusion as a result of domestic violence and mental health issues, but there does not seem to be an open correlation to family courts.  The only format is what we see in the media.  In the past two weeks, I cannot remember one day going by without an article involving a domestic violence homicide.
