A SYDNEY woman claiming to be James Packer's half sister has been ordered to stay away from the business magnate and his family for three years.
Teresa Wendy Jagla, 43, from Canley Vale, admits going to James and Erica Packer's Bondi residence and Mr Packer's Park Street office.
\She also admitted visiting the hospital where the couple's daughter was born in July 2008, and trying to speak with Mr Packer, whom she has never met but claims is her half brother.
A barrister acting for Mrs Packer claimed Ms Jagla was obsessed with stalking the family and would not take no for an answer.
At Waverley Local Court on Thursday, Magistrate Lee Gilmour said Jagla's behaviour constituted intimidation and harassment, and ordered that a three-year apprehended personal domestic violence order be imposed.
"I find (Mrs Packer) does in fact feel intimidated and harassed by the defendant,'' Ms Gilmour said in her ruling.
"I find the defendant's actions, on her own evidence, amounts to stalking.
"I find sufficient evidence for the making of an order and I propose to do so.''
From the gallery of the court, Jagla asked: "How am I meant to prove who I am?''
Ms Gilmour said any contact with the Packers for the next three years can only be through a solicitor.
Jagla was also ordered to pay the costs of the Packers' barrister - a total of $11,250.
"It's unfair, this poor girl's just on a pension,'' an upset Jagla said of herself outside court.
