A FORMER policeman who raped his 10-year-old daughter and then posted a video of it online will most likely spend the rest of his life in jail.
Kenneth John Freeman, 46, pleaded guilty to production of child pornography, having unlawful sexual activity with a minor and interstate transportation of a minor for the purpose of unlawful sexual activity in a Spokane, Washington court today (AEDT).
Freeman was desribed as "one of the most heinous" pedophiles police had ever encountered, the Associated Pressreports.
An agreement with prosecutors called for a sentence of 50 years in prison, plus three years of probation.
Freeman, a computer adviser, bodybuilder and former reserve sheriff's deputy , fled to China in 2006 after his daughter told her mother about the abuse and it was reported to police.
His daughter, now 19, was only 10 when the rapes began in 2000. Prosecutors praised her willingness to testify, the Tri-City Tribune reported.
Freeman said he had pleaded guilty because he did not want to put his daughter through a trial.
"It hurts me to say this. I’m very remorseful about what happened,” Freeman said, when asked by Judge Kathleen M. O’Connor what led to him raping his daughter.
He blamed it on a “major emotional episode” after his second divorce and issues coming back from his childhood days, the Tribune reported.
“It’s my fault and I’m sorry that it occurred,” he said.

Although fucking disgusting, finally, a man admits it, and doesn't want to make anyone else suffer. And finally, they actually CATCH someone who makes the video (not just a looker).
